Limegreen was built by a family, around a table, with food that meant something. Here's how it made it to West Campus.
Our Mission
Limegreen Southeast Asian Grill was founded in Austin by Annie, Ngoc, and Minh to bring bold, fresh Southeast Asian flavors to our community.
From customizable bowls and bánh mì to refreshing teas and Vietnamese coffee, every dish at Limegreen reflects the heritage we grew up with and the traditions we love to share.
A Family Table, A Bold Menu
Annie Pham, Ngoc Phan, and Minh Phan built Limegreen around the Vietnamese cooking they grew up with — bright herbs, bold broths, and that precise balance of sweet, sour, salty, and savory.
Build It. Own It.
The build-your-own format was a philosophy, not a trend. Guests pick their base, choose their protein, and dial in their flavors at the interactive sauce bar.
Grand Opening, Free Bánh Mì
On day one, the founders gave free bánh mì to the first hundred guests and donated to the community. Eater Austin named Limegreen one of the city's most anticipated openings of Fall 2025.
West Campus and Beyond
Rooted at 415 W 24th St in UT's West Campus, Limegreen became a neighborhood staple fast. The energy has already fueled an expansion to Leander — with more to come.
